Well-known with the locals, this event has grown over the years and incorporates a little bit of something for everyone.
For kids, there are face painters, dance troupes performing outrageous routines, puppet shows, street performers and your favorite rides.
Be sure to have your parents take you to Church Street for your very own Kids Festival.

Here, you can let loose and really be a kid. For both parents and children, be sure to put on your dancing shoes and tap your feet to the sounds of top-notch entertainers including The Soul Band, Joshua Collins, Derek Wang and others.
Feeling a little daring? Try your hand at a performance or two when you become inspired by the street performers over on Mass Avenue and Brattle Street.
From the best international cuisine and colorful arts and crafts to
complimentary kids entertainment and a sidewalk chalk art show, the
Mayfair is a must-visit while in Boston.
