The newly
opened 360-seat Virginia Wimberly Theatre and the 200-seat Nancy and Edward
Roberts Studio Theatre are known collectively as the Stanford
Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts.
The inaugural show for the Wimberly
Theater is "Sonia Flew," by local actress and playwright Melinda Lopez.
Architects Scott Wilson and Scott Butler have done an extraordinary job in
building these two venues.
Although both theaters are small, they boast of the
latest in modern, comfortable seating and sleek lines.
