The Bunker Hill Monument, Monument Square is a 221-foot granite obelisk that brings our attention to this pivotal battle in the fight for freedom. You and your family can climb the 294 steps to the very top for a fantastic view of Boston and the harbor, but there is no elevator, so be prepared. There is a Ranger Station located at the base of the monument that houses exhibits and dioramas in case you‘re not in the mood for a climb.
